The CDC recently added a Salmonella Atlas of the United States that covers 42 years of data. It includes analyses by age, sex, geography, and season. It also includes reports of Salmonella isolates from animals and related sources. This is the first time CDC has posted these data online in a downloadable format in its entirety or in 32 individual Salmonella serotype reports. You may view the CDC website about the Atlas here or download the pdf here.
