Through the Virtual Food Systems Training Consortium (VFSTC), AUFSI offers a catalogue of online, self-paced training modules and courses that focus on food safety. The modules and courses include video, text, and audio, and some incorporate simulations. Upon completion of courses, learners may receive Continuing Education Credits approved by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
