reports that the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is investigating the death of a truck driver last Thursday at Greater Omaha Packing, a beef processor located in Omaha, Neb. OSHA has six months to complete the investigation. Greater Omaha identified the man who died as 29-year-old Robert Williams II of Aurora, Colo. He was critically injured after being pinned while connecting a trailer to his truck and died from those injuries. Police told the Omaha World-Herald the incident was being investigated as an accident.
